A lot of my inspiration comes from my roots in museum and public-facing experience design — work that was always about helping people navigate complex information in ways that felt intuitive and human. That never left me. Now I want to bring that same thinking to challenges that affect people across the entire country, because good design should work for everyone.
To work on…
In response to implementing the Cyber Incident Reporting for Critical Infrastructure Act (CIRCIA), helping design a new, user-centered reporting process and develop new technology systems allowing covered critical infrastructure entities to report cyber incidents.
