Kate is a designer and strategist with a passion for social impact and meaningful change. She has served on innovation teams redesigning sexual assault prevention and response, employee engagement, suicide prevention, and patient experience. Kate’s portfolio includes work in management consulting, human-centered design & business strategy, organizational change, social entrepreneurship, and workshop design & facilitation at Booz Allen Hamilton, Capital One, and Design For America. Kate holds a B.A. in Philosophy from The College of Wooster and pursuing a M.A. in Design Leadership from Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA) and a M.B.A from Johns Hopkins University. In her spare time, you can find her playing soccer, reading, drumming, dancing, painting, or hiking. Originally from Boston, Kate now lives in the DC area with her wife and dogs.
