Biography
Passionate about using digital tools to help government work better for residents.
Katherine (she/her) is a digital strategist and product manager with over a decade of experience in the civic tech field. She worked at Harvard Kennedy School launching and growing Data-Smart City Solutions, a project to help cities leverage data and technology; managing the Civic Analytics Network, a community of practice for municipal chief data officers; and directing digital strategy for the Innovations in Government program, an effort to promote effective government innovation. Most recently she served as a Product Manager and Engagement Manager for the Massachusetts Digital Service, a role that included spending a year on product development for the Commonwealth’s Paid Family and Medical Leave program. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Amherst College and a Master in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School.
