Biography
Senior technology strategist dedicated to large-scale impact.
Rachel began her career as a management consultant at Accenture, where she advised healthcare, education, and non-profit clients on various digital transformation and strategy projects. She partnered with client executives to lead product teams and facilitate data-driven decision-making, agile adoption, and change management best practices. Following her time in consulting, Rachel worked with a number of education partners across the World Bank, UNICEF, and the D.C. public school system to provide technology and AI guidance to support millions of students around the world. Across the broad range of organizations and agencies that Rachel has collaborated with in the public and private sectors, she has provided expertise on developing digital strategies, spearheading communities of practice, and building out improved structures and processes for implementation.
Rachel has a B.A. in Biological Sciences and Minor in Business from Cornell University, and an Ed.M. from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
